Tech Scan Bite

For years, dental bite analysis has been largely a matter of guesswork for dentists. Articulation paper, waxes and pressure indicator pastes are just some of the traditional ways dentists have tried to understand their patient’s bite relationship. Most of these methods are not sensitive enough to detect simultaneous contact, and none of them measure both the biting time and force.

T-Scan Computerized Bite Analysis takes the guess work away and provides a way for our dentists to achieve a balanced, harmonious bite that will relieve muscle aches and strain on the TMJ joint. Knowing the timing of the bite, the sequence at which the teeth come together and the overall bite percentage of each tooth we are able to promote longevity in every restoration we do.
